Systems
One common core. Different layers.
The foundation is the same in every project. What changes is the business logic built on top of it, and that is where the value of a custom system lives.
The core
Eight blocks that already exist.
Tested in BSB’s own operation before reaching any client. Every project starts here, not from zero.
Records and people
Clients, teams, suppliers, athletes and staff. Every entity with history and documents attached.
Contracts and obligations
Every clause becomes an obligation with a deadline, an owner and evidence. Nothing depends on someone remembering.
Tasks and checklists
What needs doing, by whom and by when. Live status, without chasing people over chat.
Calendar and expiries
Renewals, deliveries and critical deadlines surface before they turn into problems.
Documents and evidence
Photos, files and receipts attached to the record they prove, not lost in a group chat.
Dashboards and indicators
The operation’s numbers in charts comparable across periods, updated by the use of the system itself.
PDF and Excel reports
Accountability generated from what was already logged. Ready for the client, the board or the council.
Alerts and suggestions
The system flags what is stalled, what is expiring and what has no owner.
The tailored layer
What we build on top.
Each area below has been designed or built by the team. The final shape depends on your process. No two systems come out the same.
Commercial and contract management
Proposals, contracts, obligations, renewals and reporting for anyone selling services, sponsorship or space.
Field operations and teams
Work orders, execution checklists, owners and proof of delivery for operations that happen outside the office.
Attendance and productivity
Attendance records, output logged per person and period close without manual reconciliation.
Financial close and cost sharing
Costs split across contracts, units or clients, with period close and a visible calculation trail.
Client portals
A space where the client, sponsor or partner follows what has been delivered without asking by email.
Executive dashboards
The view leadership asks for: consolidated indicators, period comparison and executive export.
Origin case
BSB Manager
The system Brasil Sports Business uses to run its own sponsorship: contracts and deliverables broken into trackable obligations, activations with owners and deadlines, clubs and athletes on record, and the sponsor report generated from what the team already logged. It was built solving our problem before solving anyone else’s.
Technology
The technical base.
Web applications that open in the browser, with no installation. The stack is not a trend choice: it is what the team knows, maintains and can evolve quickly when the operation changes.
Next step
Which of these is your pain?
Discovery is where we find out and turn it into a scope with a timeline and a price.
